Beachside Bliss Awaits

We had another wonderful stay at The Salty Surfer. The place is beautifully decorated, has everything you would need and is steps to the Gulf Beach. Marina is a super responsive host. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Our stay was fantastic! The host was incredibly accommodating and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. Every detail was thoughtfully included — from cold waters and small treats waiting for us when we arrived, to beach towels and sunscreen ready to go. The Airbnb itself was beautiful and the perfect size for just the two of us. It was just a few steps from the beach and perfect for shark tooth hunting. We can’t wait to visit again!

Wow! Salty Surfer is a diamond and exceeded our expectations! A quiet, pristine, beautiful, and cozy cottage that is a quick walk to the beach. My daughter and I had so much fun finding shark’s teeth and beautiful shells. I also appreciated all the tiny (but important) details that made Salty Surfer feel like home away from home - an ice maker, cold water bottles upon arrival, ziplock baggies, coffee, sugar, creamer, chip clips, the most perfect items for the beach - a wagon, umbrella, tools for shark’s teeth and shell hunting, sunscreen, and an abundance of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We definitely want to return as soon as possible!

We had a fantastic stay at the Salty Surfer, perfect for our group of three! The location is ideal for exploring the Englewood/Venice area. The host’s communication was exceptional, always quick to respond and incredibly accommodating, ensuring a stress-free trip. The condo is spacious, modern, and well-suited for a small group, with plenty of sleeping options. It’s loaded with amenities that made our beach days a breeze—shell sifters, pool noodles, boogie boards, a cooler, and a beach wagon. We also loved the thoughtful extras like a bag of ice, wireless charger, Wi-Fi, shared laundry with supplies, board games for fun evenings, and a few snacks provided in the kitchen. The outdoor seating area with a grill was a great touch for relaxing together. Highly recommend the Salty Surfer for anyone visiting the Englewood/Venice area!

We loved our stay at The Salty Surfer! The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The unit was immaculately clean. Marina, the host, was responsive and so helpful in answering questions. We enjoyed the little extras that were included - from the beach wagon and beach gear, to the fully stocked kitchen (with gourmet espresso machine), to the amazing backyard oasis with hammocks and a grill. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. We highly recommend this property!

We loved our stay at the Salty Surfer! The unit is beautiful and clean and feels so modern and nice! It couldn’t be closer to the beach. It was quiet at night and a cozy spot for a getaway. We will be returning!!

Overall both my fiancé and I enjoyed staying at Salty Surfer’s! Everything is exactly like this listing and the beach is beautiful! Everything that you could need was a short drive away, a Walmart and CVS and so many restaurants were at the most 10 minutes away. If you stay here I do recommend the Sand Bar 1-2 miles away from the house! It’s the best restaurant on this side of Florida! Thank you for such a great stay!

To say this was a gem of a find is an understatement. It was super clean. Decorated very tastefully and was overall an amazing property. Kitchen was well equipped and bathroom had everything you could need. We hope to return one day and experience those beautiful gulf sunsets again.

Clean, cute, peaceful and on the beach. We visit the area many times a year and this was by far the best out of any of the places we have stayed! Host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back soon.

This place was a hidden gem! My husband and I stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute. We fished and found 1,005 sharks teeth while we were there. It was clean and cozy!
