Good to know
The property comes fully equipped as expected, each has its own beach gear-- chairs, umbrellas or a tent (unit 1), towels, and sand toys. Each unit has its own outdoor space, bbq grill, and patio furniture as pictured.

Due to proximity to other guests, the maximum occupancy of 4 is strict.
Other Details to Note
Manasota Key is 6 months post 2 devastating and destructive hurricanes. Some of our neighbors are still rebuilding and others haven't begun the difficult process. Englewood is strong and will rebuilt over time, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support and patience with the elements out of our control. Please note that the laundry is shared between the 3 units and is located between the 2nd and the 3rd. Occupancy is strict for each unit due to space, we thank you for the cooperation.
