Good to know

The property comes fully equipped as expected, each has its own beach gear-- chairs, umbrellas or a tent (unit 1), towels, and sand toys. Each unit has its own outdoor space, bbq grill, and patio furniture as pictured.

-----2026 Manasota Key Post Hurricane Rebuilding-------- Blind Pass Beach and Road to Manasota Beach are OPEN Englewood Beach OPEN Stump Pass OPEN with limited parking The neighboring property has begun rebuilding post hurricane. Their work may cause occasional daytime noise/traffic (a specific timeline of projects is not available to us) Our home is not affected, and we’ll do our best to keep your stay comfortable. The beach and beach access are open, beautiful. A large portion of the key in general is still heavily recovering and some form of construction may be encountered with the one main road on the key. The Salty Surfer is family owned and we greatly appreciate your support of our community during rebuilding, excited to have you as our guest. Please note that the laundry is shared between the 3 units and is located between the 2nd and the 3rd. Occupancy is strict for each unit due to space, we thank you for the cooperation.

There is 2 parking spaces available, visitation is limited due to lack of parking and comfort of other guests. The Salty Surfer is a 3 unit building, each has own outdoor space. The Laundry and the Trash / Recycle areas are shared between all guests.

What an incredible place! Spotless and very comfortable beds and furnishings. Linens and towels soft and plush. I don’t think I’ve seen as well an appointed kitchen in my 20+ Airbnb stays over the years. And the communication was excellent. Very responsive and very detailed checkin and checkout instructions. Being so close to the beach (with umbrellas and chairs provided) - perfect. Highly recommend Salty Surfer.

This was our 4th stay at the Salty Surfer - obviously we are very happy with the place. Marina is a wonderful, welcoming host - she is very responsive and thoughtful. The place is lovely and has everything you would ever need. This time we went in December and we loved the little Christmas tree! All this and just steps to the beach and right across the street from Lemon Bay!

We had the best time at The Salty Surfer. The unit was beautiful and just as pictured. The private back patio was perfect for grilling and eating dinner by the gas fireplace. The host was quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. The beach is just steps away and the unit is stocked with all beach essentials. We will definitely stay again in the future.

This place was incredible! Believe the reviews because they’re all true!! The home itself is beautiful. Tastefully decorated, well-stocked with amenities, and very clean. Best location possible- truly just steps from the beach. Marina was responsive, helpful, and incredibly kind. We would give 1000 stars if we could and are already talking about when we can come back!

This is such a perfect place to stay. We felt very welcomed, check in was super easy. This place is very nicely decorated, free of clutter and very clean. It is spacious, comfy and just steps away from the beach. They have everything you need in the house and anything youd need for the beach. They really thought of everything. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place and the owners. Perfect location. It would be great for children too. We didnt bring our son this trip but within minutes of checking in we knew we would want to come back again with our son. This is defintely one of our favorites AirBnB's and we plan to stay again in the future!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Salty Surfer. Marina responded immediately to our questions before we arrived and was able to provide helpful information about the area. The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and provided all of the comforts of home plus some added necessities that were helpful to have. There were beach chairs, towels, a cooler bag, even sunblock for us to use which made our stay extra enjoyable. You won’t be disappointed… this was the best stay I’ve had in the Englewood/Venice area. I know we will be returning to the Salty Surfer again soon! Thanks again, Marina. We truly enjoyed our visit and appreciate everything you did to make it extra special!
