Fully equipped kitchen is available to serve full home cooked meals (or beach snacks!). The beach is steps out of the front door, ready for beach walks, play, and sunsets on demand.

-------2026 Manasota Key Post Hurricane Rebuilding-------- Blind Pass Beach and Road to Manasota Beach are OPEN Englewood Beach OPEN Stump Pass OPEN with limited parking The neighboring property has begun rebuilding post hurricane. Their work may cause occasional daytime noise/traffic (a specific timeline of projects is not available to us) Our home is not affected, and we’ll do our best to keep your stay comfortable. The beach and beach access are open, beautiful. A large portion of the key in general is still heavily recovering and some form of construction may be encountered with the one main road on the key. The Salty Surfer is family owned and we greatly appreciate your support of our community during rebuilding, excited to have you as our guest. Please note that the laundry is shared between the 3 condo units. Occupancy is strict for all units due to space and comfort of other guests.

Unit Two has 2 parking spaces in front of the entrance. Visitors are limited due to lack of parking and for comfort of other guests. Backyard access includes an outdoor dining table, a hammock, 2 lounge chairs, grill, and beach gear. The SHARED laundry is in closest proximity to Unit Two.

We had a wonderful stay at Salty Surfer. It was so well equipped, we had everything we needed and more. There were many nice touches throughout the property that we appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathroom and living area was nice and bed was very comfortable. All of the beach accessories made for a delightful afternoon on the beach. We enjoyed our time so much that we will plan to come back next year for a longer stay.

Host was terrific, responsive and thoughtful, making sure by reaching out to me that the sleeping arrangement (already detailed in the listing) would truly meet my needs. The space was much larger than expected and the welcoming touches were appreciated. It was probably the most well-stocked place I've stayed (kitchen, bath, beachgear). The backyard was great and a perfect landing spot when coming back from beach. They made it super easy to keep the sand out of the house, as long as you make the slightest effort, you won't be walking on sand in your barefeet in the house! Beach access was super easy, it is probably a 2 min. walk and all paved/ramped with only one small stair step to get onto the sand. This place and everything in it was SPOTLESS! So clean that I don't know how they do it. And beautiful, magazine layout beautiful.

Amazing!! It was everything I was wanting and more!! Just a few steps to the beach with a ramp. Went there everyday! The place was super clean, great kitchen, bed was awesome, and the outside back patio was private with table and chairs, hammock, grill, lights, beach chairs…they thought of everything you could want in a beach stay!! Would definitely love to go back…I didn’t want to leave!! haha

Our stay at the Salty Surfer was absolutely amazing! Our host was super friendly and helpful. The place was spotless upon arrival. The door lock broke and she was immediately calling me to help me solve the issue. The host even gave us local recommendations for food and coffee. We had a fantastic time here and would recommend to anyone!

We had a fantastic stay at the Salty Surfer, perfect for our group of three! The location is ideal for exploring the Englewood/Venice area. The host’s communication was exceptional, always quick to respond and incredibly accommodating, ensuring a stress-free trip. The condo is spacious, modern, and well-suited for a small group, with plenty of sleeping options. It’s loaded with amenities that made our beach days a breeze—shell sifters, pool noodles, boogie boards, a cooler, and a beach wagon. We also loved the thoughtful extras like a bag of ice, wireless charger, Wi-Fi, shared laundry with supplies, board games for fun evenings, and a few snacks provided in the kitchen. The outdoor seating area with a grill was a great touch for relaxing together. Highly recommend the Salty Surfer for anyone visiting the Englewood/Venice area!
